Product-specific warranty terms shown on the product page, quotation, order confirmation, invoice or supplied by the manufacturer/OEM take priority over this general policy.

1. WARRANTY COVERAGE
   Unless otherwise stated in writing, products are covered only for the warranty period and scope provided by the relevant manufacturer or OEM. Metamonk HQ does not extend or create an additional warranty beyond those written terms. Custom-built, configured, imported or special-order products are covered only as expressly stated in the applicable quotation or order confirmation.

2. ELIGIBILITY
   A warranty claim may be considered when the purchaser provides a valid Metamonk HQ invoice or order reference, product model and serial number where applicable, a clear description of the fault, and supporting photographs, video or test information reasonably requested for diagnosis. The product must have been used, installed, stored and maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable ratings.

3. EXCLUSIONS
   Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear; consumables or service items; accidental, cosmetic or transit damage reported after acceptance; improper installation, commissioning, wiring, programming, storage or maintenance; misuse, overload, contamination, corrosion, unsuitable environmental conditions or operation outside rated limits; unauthorized repair, alteration or tampering; damage caused by power disturbances, external equipment, force majeure or other causes outside the product; or products whose serial number, label or warranty seal has been removed or altered. Software, batteries and other limited-life components remain subject to their applicable manufacturer terms.

4. CLAIM PROCESS
   Before returning any product, contact support@metamonkhq.com with the invoice/order reference and supporting evidence. We may first provide troubleshooting steps or request remote inspection. Products must not be returned without written authorization and return instructions. Receipt of a claim or returned product does not by itself confirm warranty eligibility.

5. INSPECTION AND REMEDY
   The manufacturer, authorized service centre or Metamonk HQ will inspect the product as applicable. If the claim is accepted, the available remedy may be repair, replacement of the defective product or component, or another remedy permitted under the applicable manufacturer terms. The remedy and turnaround time depend on diagnosis, spare-part availability, manufacturer approval and logistics. Replacement does not automatically restart or extend the original warranty unless the manufacturer states otherwise.

6. LOGISTICS AND CHARGES
   The customer is responsible for safe packing and following the issued return instructions. Freight, site-visit, removal, reinstallation, commissioning, calibration and related costs are covered only when expressly stated in the applicable warranty or accepted in writing. If inspection finds no covered defect, reasonable testing, service and return-shipping charges may apply after notification.

7. LIMITATION
   To the extent permitted by applicable law, warranty remedies are limited to those stated above. Metamonk HQ is not responsible under this policy for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of production, profit, data or business opportunity. Nothing in this policy excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Metamonk HQ may update this policy from time to time. The terms applicable to a purchase are those in effect on the order date, together with any product-specific written terms.Effective date: 7 September 2026
